Swansea Apartments - Arrival Information

HOW TO FIND US

BY CAR

EXCELSIOR

Exit the M4 at Junction 42 and join the A483 towards Swansea city centre. Stay on the A483 which becomes the A4067 as you approach the city centre. As you approach the National Waterfront Museum and LC2 leisure centre take the right hand lane. Turn right at the traffic lights opposite the LC2. Excelsior is the building directly in front of you.

The Excelsior car park entrance is at the rear of the building. Alternatively, a long stay NCP car park is next to the Vue cinema opposite Excelsior. 

SOUTH QUAY

Exit the M4 at Junction 42 and join the A483 towards Swansea city centre. Stay on the A483 until you pass the Village Hotel. At the next set of traffic lights turn left and then right at the roundabout onto Langdon Road – signposted SA1. Continue along Langdon road and follow it to the left. As you turn left you are entering Kings Road. Altamar is the first block on the left, followed by South Quay.

The car park entrances are on Kings Road at the centre of the buildings.

MERIDIAN TOWER

Exit the M4 at Junction 42 and join the A483 towards Swansea city centre. Stay on the A483 which becomes the A4067 as you approach the city centre. Continue along the A4067 Quay Parade until you get to traffic lights signposted Maritime Quarter and Marriott Hotel. Turn left at the lights and continue along Trawler road.

The car park is on the left past the main entrance to the Meridian Tower. 

 

BY RAIL

EXCELSIOR

From Swansea High Street station (10 minute walk)

There are official taxi ranks at the rear entrance of the station, a taxi should cost between £3-£4 to Excelsior.  

To walk from the station takes between 10-15 minutes. You should exit the station and continue in a straight line along the High Street. Once you pass the Swansea Castle Remains cut diagonally across Castle Square. You are now in Princess Way.

Excelsior is 100 metres further along Princess Way on the right hand side. 

SOUTH QUAY

From Swansea High Street station (20 minute walk)

There are official taxi ranks at the rear entrance of the station, a taxi should cost between £4-£6 to South Quay.  

To walk from the station takes between 15-20 minutes. You should exit the station and continue in a straight line along the High Street, into Wind Street and onto Quay Parade. Cross the road at Quay parade onto Somerset Place. Morgan’s Hotel is on your right. Continue along Somerset Place then over the sail bridge. You are now on Kings Road and South Quay is approximately 100 metres further along Kings Road.

MERIDIAN TOWER

From Swansea High Street station (25 minute walk)

There are official taxi ranks at the rear entrance of the station, a taxi should cost between £5-£7 to the Meridian Tower.

To walk from the station takes between 20-25 minutes. You should exit the station and continue in along the High Street. Once you pass the Swansea Castle Remains cut diagonally across Castle Square. You are now in Princess Way. Continue along Princess Way and cross the road towards the LC2 leisure centre. Follow the footpath around to the left hand side of the LC2.Once you get to the Marina follow the path around to the right. The 30 story building overlooking the Marina is the Meridian Tower. 

BY PLANE

Swansea offers good transport links from Cardiff International Airport, Bristol Airport and various other national airports including Heathrow and Gatwick.
